 I'm Claudia Ghartey, and I'm deeply passionate about what I do. As the founder of CDG, a professional services firm based in London, United Kingdom, I bring a wealth of experience in administration spanning various industries including Hospitality, Finance, Technology, and Investment Banking.

My journey into the world of Executive Management began during my tenure with one of the world's top financial institutions, where I discovered a profound passion for facilitating executive operations. With a solid foundation in interpersonal relations, strategic planning, problem-solving, and effective communication, I consistently deliver optimal outcomes for my clients.

I firmly believe in the power of fostering both personal and professional connections to drive mutual benefit for teams, clients, and business partners alike. Transitioning from years of dedicated administration work, I embarked on a new chapter in 2012, providing top-tier support to C-suite executives in the Private Equity sector.

Driven by a relentless pursuit of growth and innovation, I seized upon the opportunity to enter the evolving landscape of remote Executive Assistant Manager and administrative business support. This vision culminated in the establishment of CDG Virtual Assistants in 2017, where we continue to redefine industry standards and exceed client expectations.
